How do I place an Order?

  5. Choose your payment method and complete the payment.

You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's tracking page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Return eligibility depends on the seller’s individual policy. The general process is as follows:

  1. Check the product’s Returns & Refunds section to confirm if it’s eligible for return.

  2. Go to My Orders → Select the order → Request Return and choose a reason.
