All payments are processed securely through approved partners.
International Payments: Managed through PayPal. Disputes or chargebacks are handled directly by PayPal, with oesii assisting where appropriate.
Domestic (India) Payments: Managed through Razorpay. Razorpay may also support limited international transactions.
All transactions must be completed through oesii’s official checkout system.
Legal Entity Notice:
At checkout, the receiving entity name will appear as OYSII, the registered legal operator of oesii.
oesii reserves the right to temporarily hold transactions for fraud review, compliance verification, or dispute resolution.
All product information displayed on the Platform must be accurate, complete, and lawful.
oesii reserves the right to remove any product content that:
Violates laws or regulations
Is misleading or deceptive
Breaches platform standards
Users are encouraged to review product details carefully before completing transactions.
All logos, trademarks, branding, designs, software, and content on oesii are owned or licensed by OYSII.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary depending on logistics providers or external factors.
oesii is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
Users must report delivery-related concerns within the timeframe specified in the Return & Refund Policy.
Returns and refunds are governed by the official oesii Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after review and verification.
oesii may review disputes and determine resolutions based on documented evidence and policy compliance.
All users agree to:
Provide valid billing and contact information
Maintain account security (passwords, OTPs, credentials)
Avoid fraudulent claims or payment abuse
Follow all referenced policies, including Privacy and Refund policies
The following are strictly prohibited:
Listing or distributing counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
Selling restricted or regulated items without proper authorization
Violating intellectual property or consumer safety laws
Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or abusive conduct
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and possible legal escalation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oesii shall not be liable for:
Losses caused by user negligence
Courier delays or third-party service failures
Customs restrictions or regulatory actions
Indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profit or goodwill)
oesii’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
Users should first attempt to resolve disputes through oesii’s support system.
Payment-related disputes may also be handled through PayPal or Razorpay in accordance with their respective policies.
oesii may review and assist in dispute resolution based on available documentation and platform policies.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
oesii may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
