oesii (Terms & Conditions)
Welcome to oesii!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the oesii website, mobile application, and any associated services offered by OYSII, the legally registered operator of oesii.com.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the site.
oesii is a global multivendor e-commerce marketplace where independent sellers and buyers connect to trade products and services.
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that oesii is an intermediary — not the seller of goods listed by third-party vendors.
Each transaction is a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller, with oesii facilitating payment, logistics, and customer support.
To use oesii:
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
oesii reserves the right to verify user identity (KYC) and may restrict or suspend accounts if fraudulent or incomplete information is found.
You agree to use the oesii platform only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Post, upload, or list prohibited or counterfeit products.
Infringe upon another party’s intellectual property.
Use automation or scraping tools to collect data.
Interfere with or disrupt oesii’s services, servers, or networks.
Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension or legal action.
All payments are processed securely through approved partners.
International Payments: Managed through PayPal. All disputes or chargebacks will be handled directly by PayPal, with oesii assisting throughout the process.
Domestic (India) Payments: Managed through Razorpay. Razorpay may also support limited international payments.
Buyers must complete transactions only through oesii checkout to ensure protection under oesii Buyer Guarantee.
Any attempt to transact outside oesii’s system violates policy and may lead to suspension.
Legal Entity Notice:
At checkout, the receiving entity name will appear as OYSII — our legally registered business name. This ensures secure, government-verified transactions.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and lawful product information.
Listings must not contain misleading descriptions, fake images, or false brand claims.
oesii reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that violate law, ethics, or platform standards.
All logos, trademarks, designs, software, and content on oesii are owned or licensed by OYSII.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Sellers retain ownership of their product listings but grant oesii the right to display and promote them within the platform ecosystem.
Sellers must ensure timely and safe delivery using reliable couriers.
Buyers should inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within the timeframe specified in the Return & Refund Policy.
oesii may provide logistics or tracking integration for convenience but does not guarantee delivery timelines controlled by third parties.
All returns and refunds are governed by the official oesii Return & Refund Policy.
Buyers can request returns if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection and verification.
Sellers are expected to respond to return requests within 3 business days.
oesii will mediate if disputes remain unresolved.
All users agree to:
Provide valid contact and billing information.
Maintain account security (login details, OTP, passwords).
Avoid misuse of the platform, including false claims or fraudulent disputes.
Follow all policies referenced herein, including Shipping, Return, Refund, Seller, and Privacy Policies.
It is strictly forbidden to list or sell:
Counterfeit, stolen, or replica goods
Dangerous, restricted, or illegal items
Items violating intellectual property or safety laws
Products requiring government approval not obtained
Sellers violating this clause may face immediate account suspension or legal escalation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oesii shall not be liable for:
Losses caused by user negligence, courier delays, customs issues, or force majeure events.
Any indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, goodwill, or data).
oesii’s total liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user for the transaction in dispute.
Buyers and Sellers should first attempt resolution via oesii’s Resolution Center.
If unresolved, oesii may assist with mediation or escalate as per partner payment systems (PayPal or Razorpay).
oesii’s decision based on verified evidence will be final unless contradicted by legal judgment.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi (New Delhi).
oesii may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
