oesii is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.
oesii operates and manages the Platform as a digital commerce service provider.
oesii provides technology, payment integration, and support services to facilitate secure transactions.
Additional services such as logistics or protection programs may be subject to separate terms.
All products displayed on the Platform must:
Be accurately described
Include clear pricing and applicable taxes
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Meet safety and consumer protection standards

Transactions must occur only through oesii-approved payment methods.
Domestic Payments (India): Processed via Razorpay.
International Payments: Processed via PayPal.
At checkout, the legal payee name displayed will be OYSII, the registered operator of oesii.
oesii may temporarily hold funds for compliance reviews, disputes, or fraud investigations.
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed for convenience but are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
oesii is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Returns and refunds are governed by the oesii Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within the permitted timeframe.
oesii reserves the right to review and decide on disputes based on available documentation and policy guidelines.
Users may submit ratings, reviews, and other content.

Violations may result in permanent account bans and possible legal action.

Security tools, cookies, and analytics may be used for fraud prevention and service enhancement.
oesii implements industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Fraudulent activity, payment abuse, identity misuse, or policy manipulation may be investigated and reported to appropriate authorities.
Users should first attempt to resolve disputes through oesii’s internal support system.
oesii may review available evidence and assist in resolution where appropriate.
Payment disputes may also be handled by Razorpay or PayPal in accordance with their respective policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oesii’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
The value of the relevant transaction, or
The total fees paid to oesii in the previous 12 months.
oesii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless oesii and its affiliates from claims arising out of:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the Platform
Breach of applicable laws
oesii may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, regulatory requirements, or risk concerns.
Funds may be temporarily withheld during investigations where legally required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
