Welcome to oesii!
By accessing, registering for, or using the oesii platform (the “Platform”) in any way — including browsing, buying, selling, messaging, or using any integrated APIs — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all other policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Fees Schedule, and Return & Refund Policy).
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Continued use after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you reside) and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
You agree that all registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
oesii may require additional identity verification (KYC), business documents, tax registrations, or other proof from Sellers.
oesii reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account that fails verification.
Different account types (buyer, seller, developer) may have different permissions and obligations.
You must provide a valid name, email, phone number, and any requested documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Do not share logins, create fake accounts, or attempt to bypass verification.
Immediately contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
oesii is not responsible for losses resulting from account misuse where security steps were not followed.
Certain features (payouts, cross-border sales, etc.) may require extra KYC checks. Failure to comply may result in limited access or fund holds.
oesii acts as a technology intermediary and marketplace provider.
oesii does not buy, sell, manufacture, or own products listed by sellers.
Sales contracts are between buyers and sellers directly.
oesii facilitates services such as payment processing, logistics, and support.
oesii does not guarantee product authenticity or legality — these are seller responsibilities.
Where oesii provides extra services (escrow, insurance, logistics), separate terms may apply.
Sellers must ensure:
Listings are accurate, truthful, and compliant with all laws and customs regulations.
Listings include full descriptions, actual images, pricing, taxes, and shipping details.
Products are labeled correctly (new/used/refurbished).
oesii may remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, or violate laws.
Sellers must cooperate if a product faces recall or investigation.
Sellers must honor confirmed orders and ship within promised timelines (default 7 business days).
Tracking information must be provided.
Sellers must ensure safe packaging and full customs documentation.
Compliance with export/import regulations is mandatory.
Sellers must calculate and remit taxes as required.
Compliance with consumer protection and warranty laws is mandatory.
Sellers must respond promptly and courteously to buyer inquiries.
Returns/refunds must follow oesii’s Return & Refund Policy.
No counterfeit items, manipulated reviews, or attempts to mislead buyers.
oesii tracks seller performance and may penalize poor conduct with visibility limits, suspension, or account termination.
Buyers must provide accurate billing/shipping information.
Buyers must pay all applicable charges, taxes, and duties.
Issues must be reported through official oesii channels within stated timelines.
Sellers agree to published platform fees and commissions.
oesii may withhold funds for disputes, chargebacks, or compliance checks.
Transactions must occur only via oesii-approved methods.
International Payments: Managed via PayPal.
Domestic Payments (India): Managed via Razorpay, which also supports limited international transactions.
Legal Entity: At checkout, the payee name shown will be OYSII — the registered operator of oesii.
Sellers are responsible for the item until it reaches the buyer unless oesii logistics apply.
oesii is not liable for courier delays, lost packages, or customs issues but will assist in resolution.
Governed by oesii’s Return & Refund Policy.
Buyers can cancel before shipment.
Sellers must comply with policy decisions made by oesii.
Reviews must be truthful and not defamatory.
By posting content, users grant oesii a license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.
oesii may remove or moderate any inappropriate content.
All platform content and software are property of OYSII.
Sellers retain ownership of their product listings but grant oesii the right to display and promote them.
IP owners can submit takedown requests under oesii’s IP policy.
Items that cannot be listed include (but are not limited to):
Counterfeits or replicas
Illegal drugs or substances
Weapons or explosives
Stolen property
Content promoting hate or violence
Violations will result in permanent bans and possible legal action.
Personal data is collected per the oesii Privacy Policy.
oesii uses secure analytics and cookies for fraud prevention and experience enhancement.
oesii employs multiple security measures but cannot guarantee absolute safety.
Fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity misuse will be investigated and reported to authorities.
Buyers and Sellers should attempt to resolve issues amicably via oesii’s system.
oesii may mediate or assist based on available evidence.
Payment disputes are handled by PayPal or Razorpay directly, with oesii assisting both parties.
oesii’s total liability is limited to the lesser of the transaction value or total fees paid in the last 12 months.
oesii is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Users agree to indemnify oesii and its affiliates from any claim arising from:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the Platform
Breach of law or third-party rights
oesii may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or regulatory reasons.
oesii reserves the right to withhold funds during investigations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi (New Delhi) courts.
