🏠 1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days from the dispatch date.

  • oesii partners with trusted national couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and DTDC to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Delays:

  • Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to high seasonal demand, weather conditions, or courier issues.

  • oesii appreciates your patience and will assist if delays occur.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders above a specific amount (as mentioned on the checkout page) may qualify for free shipping within India.


🌍 2. International Shipping

Processing Time:

  • All international orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

  • You will receive a tracking number once the package ships.

Delivery Options:

  • Premium Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery within 7 business days after dispatch.

    • Includes priority handling with leading global couriers.

  • Standard (Free) International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery within 15–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

    • Delivery times may vary during customs inspections or due to local courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on destination laws.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient at delivery.

  • oesii cannot predict or control these costs, as they vary by country.

Restricted Destinations:

  • oesii may not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations.

  • If your destination is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.


📦 3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly in your oesii account → My Orders → Track Order.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.


⏳ 4. Handling Time & Delays

  • Every order is carefully packed to ensure product safety and protection during transit.

  • During holidays, festivals, global disruptions (like customs delays or severe weather), shipping times may extend slightly.

  • oesii will notify you via email or dashboard alert if a major delay occurs.


🧾 5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and postal code during checkout.

  • oesii will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Any re-delivery due to address errors may incur additional charges.


❌ 6. Failed Delivery Attempts / Returned Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts:

  • The package may be returned to oesii’s warehouse or the seller’s address.

  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request (additional fees may apply).

  • Orders marked as “Refused” or “Undeliverable” will be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.


💥 7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact oesii within 48 hours of delivery via email or dashboard support.

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and item.

  • oesii will investigate and coordinate with the seller or courier for a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
