Welcome to oesii Seller Policy — where transparency, originality, and trust define our marketplace.

At oesii, every seller is an important part of our global ecosystem 🌍.
This policy outlines the standards, rights, and responsibilities of sellers who list, promote, or sell products through oesii.com.
It ensures fair trading, protection for buyers, and a marketplace free from counterfeit or illegal goods.


💼 1. Seller Registration & Verification

To sell on oesii, you must:

  • Create a valid oesii seller account with verified contact, business, and tax details.
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) and business documentation as required by oesii.
  • Comply with all local and international trade, tax, and consumer protection laws applicable to your products.

oesii may request additional verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend or deny access if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.


🛒 2. Product Listings & Authenticity

Sellers must maintain accuracy and honesty in all listings.
All product information — including titles, images, specifications, and pricing — must be true, detailed, and not misleading.

Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing or selling:

🚫 Counterfeit or replica goods
🚫 Unsafe or prohibited products
🚫 Brand-infringing, copied, or unlicensed products
🚫 Stolen or illegal items
🚫 Duplicate listings or deceptive titles

Additionally:

  • Products requiring brand authorization or prior approval cannot be listed without documented permission.
  • Sellers must ensure that items meet legal import, labeling, and packaging requirements for their respective markets.
  • Misleading or manipulated listings may be removed without notice, and repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

🧾 3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and complete order fulfillment.
  • All confirmed orders must be shipped within the timeline mentioned on the product page (default: within 7 business days).
  • Sellers must provide valid tracking details to buyers and update order statuses promptly.
  • Packaging must be secure and meet courier and customs standards.
  • Delays must be communicated to the buyer immediately via oesii’s messaging system.

Failure to dispatch within the agreed timeframe may lead to automatic order cancellation or penalties.


💳 4. Payments & Payouts

Payments for completed orders are securely processed and disbursed through oesii’s payment partners:

🌍 For International Orders:

  • All transactions are handled through PayPal.
  • Any dispute or chargeback is managed directly by PayPal.
  • oesii will assist sellers in providing evidence and documentation for dispute resolution.

🇮🇳 For Domestic Orders (India):

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay, which also supports limited international payments.
  • In the event of disputes or chargebacks, cases are managed jointly by oesii and Razorpay.
  • Payouts to sellers are released based on the seller’s performance, product category, and return/refund timelines.

💼 Note:

  • At checkout, the entity name displayed will be OYSII — the legal and registered business operating oesii.com.
  • oesii may hold or delay payouts temporarily if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or buyer disputes are under review.

📦 5. Returns, Refunds & Buyer Disputes

Sellers must comply with oesii’s Return & Refund Policy.

  • Sellers must respond to return or refund requests within 3 business days.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, the seller must accept returns and process refunds promptly.
  • oesii may intervene if the seller fails to respond or if buyers escalate unresolved issues.
  • In all disputes, PayPal or Razorpay (based on payment origin) will manage payment-level investigations, with oesii assisting both parties.

Failure to honor refund or return commitments may result in account restrictions or withheld payouts.


📊 6. Performance Standards

To maintain marketplace trust, oesii monitors seller performance using key metrics:

  • Order dispatch rate
  • Cancellation and refund rate
  • Product accuracy and authenticity
  • Buyer satisfaction and ratings
  • Communication response time

Sellers consistently falling below oesii’s standards may receive:

  • Warning notices
  • Reduced visibility or listing restrictions
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

⚠️ 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on oesii:
🚫 Listing prohibited, unsafe, or counterfeit products
🚫 Manipulating reviews or ratings
🚫 Circumventing oesii fees or moving transactions off-platform
🚫 Misusing buyer data for external marketing or solicitation
🚫 Submitting false documents or identity details
🚫 Attempting to influence disputes dishonestly

oesii reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold payouts if fraudulent or unethical practices are detected.


🧾 8. Taxes, Compliance & Legal Obligations

  • Sellers are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable GST, VAT, customs, or other taxes based on their region and category.
  • Sellers must comply with local consumer protection, warranty, and labeling laws.
  • oesii will cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies when required.

🧠 9. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

  • Sellers must respect trademarks, copyrights, and IP rights of all brands and creators.
  • Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or product images is prohibited.
  • oesii actively investigates IP complaints and removes infringing listings immediately.
  • Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from selling on oesii.

🤝 10. Communication & Customer Service

  • Sellers must maintain professional, polite, and prompt communication with buyers.
  • All communication must occur within oesii’s messaging system to ensure transparency.
  • Abusive, misleading, or off-platform communication is not allowed.

🔒 11. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Policy violations or repeated non-compliance
  • Sale of counterfeit or illegal goods
  • Poor performance metrics or excessive disputes
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or financial irregularities

oesii reserves the right to hold funds during investigations or until disputes are resolved.
